About me
Hey there! I’m Olena, a website designer, solopreneur, wife, and mom to 2 amazing girls.
Life has been a whirlwind, to say the least. I started out taking care of my family full-time, putting everyone’s needs ahead of mine, as moms often do. But life has this funny way of throwing you into situations where you have to grow — quickly. A move to a new country and a year of living apart from my husband while raising our kids opened my eyes. I realized I needed a career that gave me independence, fulfillment, and balance.
I started with website design, and naturally became curious about how websites are actually built. As I worked with more and more clients, I noticed the same theme kept coming back: efficiency.
Over time, it became something much bigger than website design. To me, it's not just about creating beautiful websites or setting up the right technology. It's about building tools that genuinely support people — helping businesses run more smoothly, saving time, and bringing a little more calm to the chaos.
Why women entrepreneurs?
Here’s the thing: I know how tough it is to juggle everything. As women, we’re expected to handle careers, family, and … oh, personal development should be there too. It’s exhausting. That’s why I focus on helping women entrepreneurs like you. I want to simplify the complicated, untangle the mess, and give you something that works seamlessly in the background so you can focus on what matters — your dreams, and yes, even some guilt-free “me time.”
The way I work
I’m all about clarity, efficiency, and ease. I don’t believe in adding unnecessary complexity.
I build systems that are clean, practical, and aligned with your business goals. Yes, the website is usually at the center of it, because that's the area I know best. But what matters most to me is making the whole setup work for you—your business, your way of working, and the life you're building.
Think of me as a partner who's here to lighten your load.
A few personal things
- I love plants, breath exercise, and yoga — simple things that bring balance to a busy life.
- I’m always on the hunt for time-saving tools and hacks. Honestly, who has time to waste?
- My perfect evening? A quiet one with a glass of red wine and some great music.
- I’m fascinated by languages and communication. I speak 4 languages and love exploring how we use words to express ourselves — especially how different languages shape our thoughts.
- I’m very much a west-leaning Nordic spirit, all about freedom. But I deeply resonate with Eastern respect for nature. I can’t imagine life without 4 seasons or the grounding presence of rich forests.
- I love changing my haircuts often, so it can be tricky to update all my profile pictures each time. However, I've always stayed a brunette.

A few glimpses on my concept design projects.
Between client projects, I love exploring new ideas — reimagining layouts, refining styles, and experimenting with flow and storytelling.
These are the projects that keep my creativity alive and my skills evolving — spaces where I test, learn, and stay inspired.
