Website package's terms of work

I strive to craft a website that truly reflects all your identities with a professional yet caring touch.

Understanding your business and getting to know you on a profound level is my initial step. By doing so, I ensure that the website I create not only resonates deeply with your essence but also attracts your ideal clients.

How it works
  1. Start with a Discovery Call

We begin with a free 15-minute call to discuss your goals, challenges, and what you need from your website. This helps us align on the best path forward and choose the package or service that suits you.

  2. Define the vision

Once we’ve agreed on the plan, I’ll send over everything you need to get started:

    • A Welcome Kit outlining the project timeline, terms, and next steps.
    • A questionnaire to understand your business and audience better.
    • Clear guidance on preparing content and materials.
  3. Plan and strategize

I dive deep into your current website or goals to develop a customized plan. This might include an in-depth audit or brainstorming session to align your website’s functionality and design with your business needs.

  4. Design and build

    Depending on your chosen package:

    • Breath: I’ll customize a template with your content.
    • Flow: I’ll adjust a template more extensively to reflect your unique identity.
    • Serenity: I’ll design and build your site from scratch, ensuring every detail aligns with your vision.

Throughout the process, you’ll have access to project updates and clear checkpoints for feedback.

  5. Collaborate and refine

Your input is key. At every stage, you’ll have opportunities to review, provide feedback, and request revisions (the number depends on your package). I keep communication smooth and efficient, so you always know what’s happening.

  6. Launch and celebrate

Once the final design is approved, I handle the launch, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your website goes live, fully optimized and ready to support your business.

A word about content
  1. On our discovery call we will state who will prepare the content, that are images and texts (copy).

    • I can independently search for stock images. But if you have photos or illustrations, that's great!
    • If you want write copy yourself or hire your expert, than you need to prepare copy before my design starts. I'm always open to call-meetings with your experts to clarify details.
    • It's possible that I'm accountable for copy. We'll clarify this during the discovery call.
  2. During the development phase, all pictures and text can be easily modified according to your preferences.
  3. When it comes to the text copy, maintaining the same amount of content as shown in the design is crucial.
Revisions policy
  • Each package includes a set number of revisions

    • Breath: 1 round of revisions
    • Flow: 2 rounds of revisions
    • Serenity: 4 rounds of revisions
  • Additional revisions can be accommodated at an hourly rate of $50 USD per hour.
Post-project support
  • Your investment includes 30 days of Free support after we launch your website for those just-in-case scenarios.

  • Even after 1 month, I’m still here for you. My aim is for you to be fully capable and not dependent on me to manage your website. I’m always available for quick advice if needed. And, of course, if a bigger challenge arises, we can discuss a new project together.

  • Respect the scope of the project as outlined in the proposal.

If possible, I will facilitate the transfer of work and provide support to any new designer taking over the project to ensure a smooth transition.
  • I reserve the right to cancel any project if a client: interferes with excessive micromanaging, demonstrates a continued lack of trust and inability to move forward after showing more than a reasonable number of unique ideas/concepts and/or shows reluctance in paying the final payment. Fair notice will be given with fair chance to remedy the situation without resorting to project cancelation. This case will not result in any refunds.
  • I have a policy that after 30 days of no communication from the client I will terminate the project and it will be considered cancelled. I am always open to listening and understanding to your position and will do my best to help whenever I can. In the case you want to restart the project a fee of 5% of the project price is to be paid. The project timeline will be rescheduled.
